中文摘要: 利用单因素和响应面试验研究超声辅助提取灯盏细辛多酚的工艺,并测定其体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:灯盏细辛多酚最佳提取工艺为:1%盐酸-乙醇混合溶液(1.86∶98.14,体积比)、料液比 1∶30(g/mL)、提取温度 50 ℃、超声时间50 min;提取因素影响大小顺序为:时间>料液比>温度;最优提取工艺得到的灯盏细辛多酚提取量达11.34 mg/g;灯盏细辛多酚具有抗氧化活性,其中DPPH、ABTS+自由基清除能力分别为86.45%、91.05%,H2O2 清除活性可达91.52%。
Abstract:Erigeron breviscapus was used as raw material,polyphenols were extracted by ultrasonic assisted organic solvent method on the basis of single factor test.The process optimization utilized the response surface.And the antioxidant activity of polyphenol in vitro was analyzed.The results showed that the best extraction technology conditions for Erigeron breviscapus polyphenols were:mixed solution of 1 % hydrochloric acid and ethanol(1.86∶98.14,volume ratio),solid-liquid ratio 1∶30(g/mL),extracting temperature 50 ℃,ultrasound time 50 min.The order of influence of extraction factors was as fallows:time >,solid-liquid ratio > temperature.The extraction amount of the Erigeron breviscapus was 11.34 mg/g.It had antioxidant activity.DPPH,ABTS+free radical scavenging ability were 86.45%and 91.05%respectively,and the scavenging activity of H2O2 was up to 91.52%.
