中文摘要: 检索近年来国内外角鲨烯的相关文献进行综合分析，对植物来源角鲨烯的常见制备方法及检测方法进行综述。植物来源角鲨烯的制备方法主要包括有机溶剂提取、索氏提取器抽提、皂化、分子蒸馏、超临界萃取、硅胶柱色谱等；植物来源角鲨烯的检测方法主要有气相色谱法、液相色谱法和气相色谱-质谱联用法，并分析了各制备及检测方法的特点，以期为植物来源角鲨烯的进一步研究开发提供参考。
Abstract:Recent literatures on squalene at home and abroad were retrieved and analyzed comprehensively.The common preparation methods and detection methods of plant-derived squalene were reviewed.The preparation methods of plant-derived squalene were mainly organic solvent extraction，soxhlet extractor extraction，saponification，molecular distillation，supercritical extraction，silica gel column chromatography，etc.The detection methods of plant-derived squalene were mainly gas chromatography，liquid chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry，and the preparation and detection methods were analyzed.The characteristics of this method were expected to provide references for further research and development of squalene from plants.
