中文摘要: 竹荪是我国名贵的大型食用真菌,可宁神健体、补气养阴和消炎止痛,常用于热咳、喉炎、风湿等症。竹荪多糖是竹荪的主要成分之一,具有复杂的化学结构特征,近年来研究表明其具有抗氧化、免疫调节、抗肿瘤和神经保护等生物活性。现对竹荪多糖化学结构和生物活性相关研究进行综述,为食药两用竹荪真菌资源的深入开发和应用提供参考。

Abstract:Dictyophora spp.are genus of valuable edible fungi in China.They have many health-care and medicinal benefits,such as tranquillizing mental and improving health,nourishing vitality and spirit,and relieving inflammation and pain.Thus Dictyophora spp.are widely used to treat numerous conditions,such as heat cough,laryngitis and rheumatism,etc. Dictyophora polysaccharides are one of the main components of these bamboo fungi and exhibited complex chemical structure characteristics.Recent studies showed that Dictyophora polysaccharides had various biological activities,including antioxidant effect,immunomodulatory effect,antitumor effect and neuroprotective effect,etc.It reviewed the recent progress on structural characteristics and biological functions of Dictyophora polysaccharides,and provided a reference for further development and application of Dictyophora spp.in food and medicinal fields.
