中文摘要: 通过动态和静态试验比较6 种不同类型离子交换树脂对甜菜碱的吸附和解吸性能。研究不同工艺条件对选定树脂吸附性能的影响,探究选定树脂对甜菜碱的吸附等温线与吸附动力学。结果表明:001×7 FD 树脂对甜菜碱的吸附效果最好;推荐的吸附工艺条件是pH=2.35、甜菜碱初始浓度4.5 mg/mL 和20 ℃的试验条件下,30 min 达到吸附平衡,单位吸附量最大可达到140.0 mg/g 树脂;以8%盐酸为解析剂,解析率在93%以上;Freundlich 方程可用于描述树脂对甜菜碱的吸附行为,为多分子层吸附;吸附动力学过程符合Lagergren 方程二级吸附模型。
Abstract:Based on dynamic and static experiments,the adsorption and desorption properties of different resins for betaine were compared and were selected.The effect of different technological conditions on the adsorption of betaine on different resins was studied.The adsorption properties and dynamics of selected resins for betaine was studied under selected technological conditions.Results showed that resin 001×7FD presented good adsorption ability.Recommended technological conditions were pH=2.35,20 ℃and an initial concentration of betaine of 4.5 mg/mL,and the adsorption of betaine on selected resins reached an equilibrium at a contact time of 30 min with an adsorption capacity of 140 mg/g.The desorption rate was 93 % or more using 8 % HCl as de-sorbent.Under the recommended experimental conditions,the adsorption equilibrium could be described using Freundlich equation.So,the adsorption was a multi-molecular -layer adsorption process.Additionally,adsorption kinetics could be described using the pseudo second-order kinetic model.
