Abstract:Perfluorinated compounds（PFCs），a type of persistent organic pollutants，have drawn much attention in recent years because of their biologically toxic and easily bioaccumulation.Many studies showed that daily diet was the main way of human exposure to PFCs.To assess the safety of edible agricultural products as a daily food basis，the development of determination techniques and methods was particularly important.To provide reference for further related researches，the progress on the detection technology of PFCs in four types of edible agricultural products was summarized，with the pretreatment and determination method were emphasized.With regarding to the matrix complexity of agricultural products，the method with advantages of rapidity，accuracy，low cost and environmental friend，is an urgent need to be developed.
