Abstract:The Nutritional components，flavone and total phenolic acid in Rosa mairei Levl.and its antioxidant activity were firstly studied using different analytical methods in this manuscript.The results showed that there were many kinds of components rich in the fruit of Rosa mairei Levl.Typically，the amount of vitamin C was de-tected to be 27 mg/100 g.About 17 kinds of amino acid were discovered in the fruit.What is more，the total amino acid content was detected to be 323.9 mg/100 g.In the total amino acid，accounts for about 41%were essential amino acid.The fruit was also full of minerals，especially for K，Ca，Mg，P etc..The amount of K was 1 180 mg/kg which was much higher than that of Na（13.5 mg/kg）.The fruit of Rosa mairei Levl.is a typical fruit which contains low potassium and high sodium.The Rosa mairei Levl.owns good antioxidant activities in vitro.The antioxidant activity on the 2，2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl（DPPH）radical scavenging rate was higher than 90%.And the value of ferric reducing antioxidant power（FRAP）antioxidant activity was 8.184 mmol/mL FeSO4.Therefore，the Rosa mairei Levl.can be used as a new fruit with rich nutrient and high antioxidative activity.
