不同方法提取地榆总三萜含量的比较及其抗氧化活性研究

中文摘要: 为进一步开发利用地榆资源,采用水煮醇沉法、回流提取法和浸渍法对地榆总三萜进行提取,并以1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)法对地榆总三萜的抗氧化活性进行评价。结果表明,3种提取方法所得地榆总三萜含量依次为:回流提取法(88.66mg/g)>浸渍法(55.26 mg/g)>水煮醇沉法(44.31 mg/g)。地榆总三萜和VC对DPPH自由基的半数清除率IC50分别是3.04、5.46 g/mL。采用回流提取法得到的地榆总三萜含量最高,且回流提取法提取得到的地榆总三萜对于DPPH自由基的清除能力优于抗氧化剂VC,具有较强的抗氧化活性。
Abstract:To provide scientific basis for further development resources of Sanguisorba officinalis,The total triterpenes of Sanguisorba officinalis were extracted by hot water extraction and ethanel precipitation,reflux extraction and impregnation method.And antioxidant activities of total triterpenes from Sanguisorba officinalis were evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine method.The result indicated that the content of total triterpene from Sanguisorba officinalis obtained by the three extraction methods was as fallows:reflux extraction(88.66mg/g)> impregnation(55.26mg/g)> hotwaterextractionandethanelprecipitation(44.31mg/g).The total triterpenes of Sanguisorba officinalis and vitamin C had the DPPH radical scavenging ability with IC50 of 3.04 g/mL and 5.46 g/mL.The content of total triterpenoids from Sanguisorba officinalis was the highest by reflux extraction,and the scavenging ability of total triterpenoids from Sanguisorba officinalis by reflux extraction had more antioxidant activity compared with the commonly used antioxidant vitamin C.Moreover,the total flavonoids content from leaves had more antioxidant activity compared with the commonly used antioxidant vitamin C.
