中文摘要: 运动饮料是针对运动人群而研制的一种饮料,能够为人体补充水分、电解质、维生素等,从而改善运动时机体能量消耗、细胞功能降低等现象,能够维持和促进体液平衡和提高运动能力。随着健身潮流的盛行,运动饮料也越来越受到人们的青睐,拥有广阔的市场前景。针对职业运动员及一般运动人群和体力劳动者所消耗体能以及所需能量差异的现象,运动饮料有不同分类,且各分类的配方设计也有所差异。同时,随着消费者对食品在营养健康、口味等方面的要求越来越高,运动饮料在成分选择上需考虑更多因素。该文结合运动饮料的发展历程,对运动饮料的分类、运动饮料的要素及配方设计和功能评价方法进行综述。同时为运动饮料未来的发展方向提出建议。

Abstract:Abstract:Sports drink is a kind of drinks which supplies water,electrolyte and vitamin to athletes and improves energy expenditure and the reduction of cell function.Sports drink is in favor of osmotic balance and improving athletic performance.People pay much attention to sports drink along with the fitness trend and thus sports drink has a good market prospects.Because energy expenditure by professional athletes,general athletes and physical workers is different,sports drink has different classifications and the formulas of each classification are not the same.As people are requiring healthier and more delicious food,more and more factors of the component selection should be taken into account.Based on the development of sports drinks,the classification of sports drinks,the elements of sports drinks,formula design and functional evaluation methods were summarized.At the same time,suggestions for the future development direction of sports drinks were put forward.
