Abstract:Granule with enhancing immunity were developed with the use of Dendrobium devonianum and Panax quinquefolium as main raw materials.The optimal extraction process of the Dendrobium devonianum Panax quinquefolium Granule was determined by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the best extraction process of the Dendrobium devonianum Panax quinquefolium Granule was that：the Panax quinquefolium were extracted with 30 times amount of 70%ethanol for 3 hours，and then reflux extraction with 30 times amount of water together with Dendrobium devonianum for 2 times，each time for 4 hours.Moreover，the effect of Dendrobium devonianum Panax quinquefolium Granule on immunity of mice was studied.Result showed that Dendrobium devonianum Panax quinquefolium Granule had function of enhancing immunity of mice.
