中文摘要: 通过动物实验对不同分子量松花肽的增强免疫力活性进行研究。从松花粉粕中制备平均分子量在1 kDa~3 kDa和小于1 kDa范围的两种松花肽,分析其氨基酸组成,进而研究两种分子量松花肽在增强细胞免疫、体液免疫和单核-巨噬细胞免疫功能上的活性。研究发现,两种分子量的松花肽,都具有显著增强细胞免疫功能、增强体液免疫功能和增强单核-巨噬细胞功能的作用。综上所述,小于1kDa松花肽和1kDa~3kDa松花肽,都具有增强免疫力的功能。
Abstract:Animal experiments were conducted to study the enhanced immunity activities of different molecular weight peptides from pine pollen.Two kinds of pine pollen peptides with an average molecular weight of 1 kDa-3 kDa and less than 1 kDa were prepared from pine pollen residues.The amino acid composition was analyzed,and the cellular immunity,humoral immunity,and mononuclear-macrophage immune functional activity of pine pollen peptides were studied.The studies had found that two molecular weights of pine pollen peptides had a significant role in enhancing cellular immunity,enhancing humoral immunity,and enhancing mononuclear macrophage function.In summary,both of the peptides had the function of enhancing immunity.
