中文摘要: 老鹰茶是由毛豹皮樟(Litsea coreana Levl.var.lanuginosa)叶片制成的保健饮品,其黄酮类成分含量丰富,主要包括山奈酚、槲皮素、儿茶素、乔松素和松脂素5类,具有抗氧化、抗紫外、抗炎、保肝、降血糖和抗菌等活性,是一种理想的天然食品添加剂来源。通过对老鹰茶黄酮类成分的提取工艺、化合物结构及主要生物活性进行综述,提出将黄酮作为老鹰茶质量鉴定标准、加深老鹰茶黄酮抗菌活性研究的建议,以期对老鹰茶在食品工业的进一步开发利用提供科学参考,为民族地区的经济发展做出更多贡献。

Abstract:Hawk tea (Litsea coreana Levl. var. lanuginosa)as an tonic is made up of leaves of L.coreana Levl.var. lanuginosa. It is rich in flavonoids,mainly including kaempferol,quercetin,catechin,pinocembrin and rosin,which can be an ideal resource of natural food additives with antioxidant,anti -ultraviolet,anti -inflammatory,hepatoprotective,hypoglycemic and antibacterial activities. For providing the reference of its further explosion and development in food industry and contributing to the economic construction of ecological agriculture in minority areas of China,the extraction process,structures and biological activities of flavonoids in Hawk tea were summarized,and the application of flavonoids for its quality assessment and the further research about its antimicrobial activities were expected.
