中文摘要: 食品中有机磷农药残留进入人体,会危害中枢神经系统从而出现急性中毒症状或者慢性累积效应。因此,对有机磷农药残留的检测显得迫在眉睫。对量子点在有机磷农药残留检测的国内外研究进展进行综述,重点介绍基于量子点的荧光传感体系的构建及在有机磷农药残留检测中的应用,同时对量子点与分子印迹、电化学、适配体、酶联用技术及碳量子点的应用进行了总结,以期为农药残留快速检测提供一种新思路。

Abstract:Organophosphorus pesticide residues in food enter the human body,which can endanger the central nervous system and cause acute toxic symptoms or chronic cumulative effects.Therefore,the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues are imminent.The research progress of quantum dots in the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues at home and abroad was reviewed.The construction of quantum dot-based fluorescence sensing system and its application in the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues were introduced.At the same time,the applications of quantum dots linked molecular imprinting,electrochemistry,aptamer,enzyme technology and the carbon quantum dots were summarized to provide a new idea for the rapid detection of pesticide residues.
