Abstract:This article，based on the principles of solid phase microextraction （SPME）technology，mainly reviewed the new preparation process and applications of SPME technology for detection of residues of heavy metals，pesticides，veterinary drugs，biotoxin and other organic contaminants in food over the past five years，and presented a prospect of the development directions for SPME technology.
