中文摘要: 原花青素是目前发现效果最好的自由基清除剂之一,珊瑚树叶中原花青含量丰富,提取其中的原花青素具有重要经济价值。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面试验研究乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声波时间对珊瑚树叶片中原花青素提取率的影响,通过建立超声波辅助提取珊瑚树叶原花青素的多元回归模型,优化原花青素的提取工艺参数。结果表明最佳工艺参数为:乙醇浓度85%,料液比1∶40(g/mL),超声时间37 min,在此条件下提取率为16.92%。与模型理论预测值相近,说明该模型回归性良好,试验的拟合程度高,可以用于珊瑚树叶原花青素提取率的预测,为珊瑚树叶中天然原花青素的开发利用提供科学数据。
Abstract:Proanthocyanidins is one of the best free-radical scavengers we have discovered so far,which is rich in the Viburnum odoratissimum leaf and its effective extraction has important economic value.Single factor experiment and response surface methodology(RSM)were adopted to study the effects of ethanol concentration,liquid/solid ratio,ultrasonic treatment time on the extraction rate of proanthocyanidin from Viburnum odoratissimum leaf (VOL).A multiple regression model was established to optimize the parameters for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of VOL.The results indicated the optimum extraction conditions of proanthocyanidins inside VOL were as following:ethanol concentration was 85%,the solid-liquid ratio was 1/40(g/mL)and extraction time was 37 min.In such case,the highest extraction rate was 16.92%,which was close to the model-predictive value.Our results indicated that the developed model had good regression performance and fitness,and could be applied in the prediction of the extraction yield of VOL.This study could provide scientific data for the application of VOL as a natural proanthocyanidins source.
