Abstract:With the improvement of the economic and the depth of nutrition research，people pay more and more attention to the nutrition of pregnant and lactating women，and the overall nutrition level of pregnant and lactating women has been significantly improved.It systematically analyzed the physiological and nutritional characteristics of pregnant and lactating women and the status of nutrient research，combined with the present status of their nutrition intake and nutrient supplements market status to analyze their nutritional intake and health.It is beneficial to scientific nutrition intervention and has a great significance to improve mum&infant health.
