中文摘要: 牛乳具有与母乳相近的营养价值,是工业生产乳制品的主要原料,富含多种微量元素,尤其是牛乳中富含的钙元素更是补充人体内钙的主要来源。牛乳中元素检测是乳品行业安全把关的重要环节,尤其是在婴幼儿奶粉生产过程中具有重要意义。主要介绍牛乳中多种主要元素的检测方法,并从检测原理、特点和应用3个方面分别对每种方法进行概述。

Abstract:Milk has similar nutritive value to breast milk and is the main raw material for industrial production of dairy products.It is rich in many trace elements.In particular,the calcium contained in milk is the main source of calcium in human body.The detection of elements in milk is an important part of the dairy industry,especially in the production of infant formula.The detection methods of multiple elements in milk were mainly introduces in this article,and each methods were summarized from three aspects:principle,characteristics and application.
