中文摘要: 研究改性青稞β-葡聚糖荷载黑枸杞花青素微胶囊溶液抗氧化功效及最适剂量。以黑枸杞花青素为原料,制备β-葡聚糖荷载微胶囊。以SPF级BALB/c小白鼠为实验受体,将其分为5个剂量组包括1倍组、4倍组、8倍组和1个空白对照组、1个抗坏血酸阳性对照组。经过7 d预实验和条件适应后,对各组小鼠以0.2 mL/d的剂量连续灌胃4周。测定抗氧化酶活力和过氧化脂质含量,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果表明:与空白对照组比较,改性青稞β-葡聚糖荷载黑枸杞花青素微胶囊溶液各剂量组均能提高小鼠血清、组织中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)活力水平,降低组织内过氧化脂质和褐脂质含量,高剂量浓度组(8mg/mL)为最佳剂量组。
Abstract:Abstract:In order to study the antioxidant function and optimum dosage of the solution of microcapsule loading anthocyanidins from Lycium ruthenicum Murr by modified β-glucan from highland barley.The anthocyanin of Lycium ruthenicum Murr was used as raw material coated with highland barley β-glucan to form a microcapsule.Taking SPF BALB/c mice as experimental receptor,animals were divided into five groups including 1 times,4 times,8 times and blank control group and ascorbic acid positive control group.After 7 days pre-experiment and condition adaptation,the mice in each group were given intragastric administration of 0.2 mL/d for four weeks.The activity of antioxidant enzymes and the content of lipid peroxide (LPO)were measured,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results have been get as follows.Compared with blank control group,the solution of microcapsule loading anthocyanidins from Lycium ruthenicum Murr by modified β-glucan from highland barley in each dose group could improve the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)in serum and tissues of mice and reduce the content of lipid peroxide and lipofuscin in the tissue.Through analysis,it found that high dose group(8 mg/mL)was the best dose group.
