中文摘要: 对裱花蛋糕中8种合成色素(新红、柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝、赤藓红)的提取净化技术及高效液相色谱检测方法进行研究。样品经石油醚除脂肪、乙酸锌(21.9%,质量分数)和亚铁氰化钾(10.6%,质量分数)溶液沉淀蛋白,乙醇-氨水(7∶3,体积比)为提取剂提取后,聚酰胺固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱法进行检测。结果表明,8种合成色素在各自浓度梯度内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,样品加标回收率在83.1%~99.7%之间,相对标准偏差在0.767%~6.626%之间,回收率、精密度良好。
Abstract:Abstract:The extraction and purification technology of 8 synthetic pigments (new red,lemon yellow,amaranth,carmine,sunset yellow,allure red,brilliant blue,erythrosine)which contained in decorated cakes and their detection method by high performance liquid chromatography were studied.The samples were first degreased by petroleum ether,precipitated by zinc acetate(21.9%,mass fraction)and potassium ferrocyanide(10.6%,mass fraction)solution,and extracted by ethanol-ammonia (7 ∶3 volume ratio),then purified by solid phase extraction column of polyamide.After that,high performance liquid chromatography was used to detect the contents of the 8 synthetic pigments.The standard curves of the eight kinds of synthetic pigments were obtained with more than 0.999 of correlation coefficients in their concentration gradients.The recoveries of standard addition of the samples were between 83.1%-99.7%and the relative standard deviations were between 0.767%-6.626%.The results indicated good recovery rates and precisions.
