中文摘要: 特殊医学用途配方食品是为满足病患人群对营养素或膳食的特殊需要而加工的配方食品,其可通过营养支持达到辅助治疗的效果。介绍特殊医学用途配方食品相关标准和产业、配方设计、专用配料制备技术及产品制造技术等方面的现状,分析我国特殊医学用途配方食品存在的问题,并对我国特殊医学用途配方食品的发展进行展望。
Abstract:Food for special medical purpose is formulated food to meet the particular needs of the sick population for nutrients or meals,and it can achieve the effect of adjuvant treatment through nutritional support.The related standards and the current status of industry,formula design,special batching preparation technology and product manufacturing technology of food for special medical purpose were summarized in this paper.At the same time,problems were also pointed out and the development of food for special medical purpose in China was also prospected.
