中文摘要: 食源性致病菌是导致疾病发生的重要原因,严重威胁着人类的健康。加强对食品中微生物的检验可以有效的遏制社会公共卫生问题的发生,夯实微生物检测技术,不断创新检测技术。从微生物检测技术应用与比较出发,对微滴数字聚合酶链式反应技术、叠氮溴化乙锭-聚合酶链式反应、可视化基因芯片技术和荧光标记噬菌体等近年来出现的新型检测技术进行论述。

Abstract:Abstract:Foodborne pathogenic bacteria are an important cause of disease and seriously threaten human health.Strengthening the inspection of microorganism in food can effectively curb the occurrence of social public health problems,consolidate the detection technology of microorganism,and constantly innovate the detection technology.Starting from the microbial detection technology application and comparison,the droplet digital polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technique,ethidium monoazide bromide-polymerase chain reaction(EMAPCR),visualize,gene chip technology and fluorescent tags phage,in recent years the emergence of new detection technology was discussed.
