中文摘要: 研究诺丽果中多酚的微波辅助提取工艺,测定其抗氧化活性。根据单因素试验结果,用响应面法对诺丽果中多酚的微波辅助提取工艺进行优化。试验结果显示,最优试验条件为:C2H5OH浓度40%、液料比为30∶1(mL/g)、提取时间为4 min,微波功率为300 W,此时多酚提取量为2.45 mg/g。发现该提取物对DPPH自由基去除率为58.62%、ABTS+自由基去除率为51.46%,证明其具有较强的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:This paper studied the extraction process of polyphenols in noni by microwave,and tested its oxidation resistance.According to single factor experimental result,the microwave extraction process was optimized using response surface analysis.The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows:the concentration of ethanol was 40%,liquid-solid ratio was 30∶1 (mL/g),reaction time was 4 min,microwave power was 300 W the content of polyphenol was 2.45 mg/g.The extract found that the removal rate of DPPH radical was 58.62%and the removal rate of ABTS+radical was 51.46%,the removal effect was obvious,which proves that it has good antioxidant capacity.
