中文摘要: 为评价单螺杆挤压机系统特性的高低,更好地将单螺杆挤压机应用于实际生产中。以单位功耗为评价指标,研究不同挤压参数在挤压玉米胚过程中对单螺杆挤压机功耗的影响,以半湿法玉米胚为原料,探讨挤压膨化工艺条件:阻流环直径、轴头间隙、螺纹升角和螺杆转速对以半湿法玉米胚为原料的挤压过程中单螺杆挤压机功耗的影响。设计四因素五水平正交试验,研究单螺杆挤压机单位功耗,运用SAS 9.1对试验结果作响应面分析,得到最佳挤压工艺参数:阻流环直径为92 mm,轴头间隙为16 mm,螺纹升角为7°6′,螺杆转速为180 r/min。该工艺参数条件下挤压机单位功耗最低,为0.146 kW·h/kg。
Abstract:Take the corn germ with semi-wet milling as material,discussed the influence of the unit power consumption after leaching corn germ,including the helix angle,the diameter of choke ring,the interval of spindie,the speed of screw,which were directly related to the extrusion process.The method of quadratic orthogonal rotating combination desion of four factors and five levels was used.Analyzed the response surface of the test data by SAS 9.1.The diameter of choke ring was 92 mm,the interval of spindle was 16 mm,the helix angle was 7°6′,the speed of screw was 180 r/min.Under such conditions,the unit power consumption was 0.146 kW·h/kg.It was the lowest.
