中文摘要: 研究旨在探讨铜藻多糖组分的抗氧化活性,试验选取经DEAE-Sepharose-Fast-Flow分离纯化得到铜藻多糖的活性组分为研究对象,通过红外光谱分析和单糖成分析进行初步的结构鉴定,并评价铜藻多糖各个组分的抗氧化活性。结果氯化钠梯度洗脱获得4个多糖组分,由红外光谱扫描发现铜藻多糖的四个组分均具有糖类的特征吸收峰;抗氧化试验结果表明四个组份均表现出较强的抗氧化活性,其中SF2抗氧化活性最高,DPPH自由基的IC50为0.499 μg;还原力最强超氧阴离子自由基清除活性最强,因此铜藻活性组分多糖有望开发为新型的抗氧化剂。
Abstract:The study aims to explore the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide fraction from Sargassum horneri in vitro.Polysaccharide fractions with biological activity from Sargassum horneri were separated by Deae-Sepharose-Fast-Flow,and the components polysaccharide were scanned by infrared spectral.then The purified polysaccharides were evaluated on their antioxidant activities.In the end,four polysaccharides were obtained by gradient elution of sodium chloride.The four components of polysaccharides from Sargassum horneri showed characteristic absorption peaks by infrared spectroscopy,all of which compounds showed sugar characteristic absorption peaks in infrared spectrum.In the experiment of testing anti-oxidation activity.SF2 had the best antioxidation activity with DPPH·IC50was 0.499 μg respectively,strong reducibility and its ability to the scavenging O2-effect.Therefore,Sargassum horneri polysaccharides are expected to be new antioxidants.
