中文摘要: 为了准确、快速地进行食品中猪、牛、鸭成分的定性和定量检测,设计了这3种动物源性成分特异性的引物和探针,构建了3种检测用阳性标准分子,并分别进行了实时荧光PCR检测。这3种阳性标准分子相对检测灵敏度、特异性高,稳定性好,能够满足日常检测工作的要求。
Abstract:In order to accurately and quickly carry out qualitative and quantitative detection of pig,bovine and duck in food,three primers and probes were designed for these three kinds of animal derived ingredients specifically.Three positive standard molecules were constructed and three components were detected by real-time fluorescence PCR.These three positive standard molecules have high sensitivity,high specificity and good stability,and can meet the requirements of daily testing.
