中文摘要: 棕榈油酸对糖尿病和心脑血管疾病等具有生理调节作用,但由于棕榈油酸来源较为稀少,限制了其开发利用。经研究发现沙棘果油中含有较为丰富的棕榈油酸,可作为棕榈油酸原料,但其分离工艺还未见报道。以沙棘果油为原料,对比CO2超临界萃取法、尿素包埋法和分子蒸馏法3种方法分离棕榈油酸,建立了一种高效从沙棘果油中分离棕榈油酸的方法,即尿素包埋与分子蒸馏复合法,使用此方法可以将棕榈油酸含量从先前的占果油脂肪酸得30%提高到70%,此方法也为沙棘的高值化利用和棕榈油酸的工业化生产提供参考。
Abstract:Palmitoleic acid has been reported to play roles in relieving many metabolic diseases.However,there was few raw material rich in palmitoleic acid,which limits its development.It was found that sea buckthorn fruit oil contains a large amount of palmitoleic acid,was an ideal palmitoleic acid source,but there were few studies involving its extraction method.In this study,different methods including supercritical CO2extrac-tion,urea complexation and molecular distillation were used to extract palmitoleic acid from sea buckthorn fruit oil,and the fatty acid compositions of each product were compared.Based on the analysis results,an efficient extraction method combinated urea complexation and molecular distillation was proposed to extract palmitoleic acid from sea buckthorn fruit oil.By using this method,palmitoleic acid content of the product increased from 30%to 70%.The established method could provide reference for the extraction of palmitoleic acid from sea buckthorn fruit oil,and extend efficient utilization of sea buckthorn.
