食品中六六六和滴滴涕检测方法的优化

中文摘要: 采用有机试剂提取、浓缩、净化,把食品中残留的六六六、滴滴涕分离出来,用气相色谱电子捕获检测器分析检测。该方法峰形良好,检测时间短,其科学性、准确性、高效性都完全优于常规的4种国家标准检测方法。六六六的回收率为98%~101%,RSD为0.26%;滴滴涕的回收率为98%~102%,RSD为0.32%,因此,在食品中六六六、滴滴涕的检测中具有重要的实际指导意义。

Abstract:Used organic reagent extraction,concentration and purification,hexachlorocyclohexane and dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane residues in food were separated and analyzed by gas chromatography electron capture detector.This method was fast and the detected compounds can achieve good peak shapes.The scientificity,accuracy and efficiency of this method was better than the 4 kinds of conventional national standard methods.The recovery rate of hexachlorocyclohexane was in the range of 98%-101%,RSD was 0.26%.Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane recovery was in the range of 98%-102%,RSD was 0.32%,so it had important practical significance in the detection of hexachlorocyclohexane and dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane in food.
