中文摘要: 采用微波法提取无花果叶中的总黄酮,考察乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取功率、提取时间对总黄酮提取率的影响,并进行四因素四水平正交试验,得到总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数90%,液料比55∶1(mL/g),提取功率200 W,提取时间3min,黄酮的含量为20.56mg/g;该提取物对DPPH自由基去除率达66.67%,羟基自由基去除率达30.49%,证明其具有较好的体外抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Microwave-assisted flavonoids extraction from Ficus carica leaves and the best experimental conditions were studied.Total flavonoids were determined in Ficus carica leaves.The result showed that the optimal extraction condition as follows:alcohol concentration was 90%,material-water ratio was 55 ∶1mL/g,extraction power was 200 W,reflux time was 3min and the flavonoid extraction rate from Ficus carica leaves were 20.56mg/g.The extract showed that the DPPH clearance rate was 66.67%,the removal of·OH was 30.49%,it was proved that it had good anti-oxidative activity.
