中文摘要: 建立微乳液直接进样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry,GFAAS)测定食用油中铬的方法,研究微乳液的形成条件以及基体改进剂对测定结果的影响,优化石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪的升温程序,通过与微波消解处理样品的检测结果进行对比,验证方法的准确性。研究结果表明:按质量分数为15%食用油,6%水相,20%曲拉通X-100和59%正丁醇能配制成稳定的微乳液。不需要添加基体改进剂,仪器最佳检测条件为预灰化温度800℃、灰化温度1 400℃、原子化温度2 300℃。在此条件下,试验相对标准偏差<5%,检出限为0.211 ng/mL,加标回收率在90%到110%之间,并与微波消解法处理样品的测量结果相近。该方法简单,准确,实用性强,并适用于大量食用油样品的测量。

Abstract:The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry(GFAAS)coupled with the microemulsion injection method was established to determine the chromium in the edible oil.The formation conditions of microemulsion and the effects of matrix modifier on the results of determination were studied.The heating program of GFAAS was optimized.The results showed that the stable microemulsion can be formulated with 15%edible oil,6%aqueous phase,20%Triton X-100 and 59%n-butanol.The matrix modifier was useless in the microemulsion system,the optimal detection condition of GFAAS with the pre-ashing temperature of 800℃,ashing temperature of 1 400℃and atomization temperature of 2 300℃,respectively.Under the optimal conditions,the relative standard deviation of the test was less than 5%,the detection limit was 0.211 ng/mL,the recoveries were between 90%and 110%,and the results were similar to those of the microwave digestion method treated sample.The method is simple,accurate,practical and suitable for the mass inspection of edible oil samples.
