中文摘要: 多效唑是一种生长调节剂也是杀菌剂,其在菌菇中的限量标准并不明确。研究喷施不同浓度多效唑50、100、150、200、250、300 μg/mL对采后10 d内平菇子实体中多效唑的动态残留情况以及其对子实体的失重率、蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)和过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)酶活性的影响。结果表明,在平菇施加50 μg/mL多效唑,采后2 d的残留量会降解至0.5 μg/mL(MRL)以下;施加150 μg/mL的多效唑,采后5 d后残留量会低于最高限量残留(maximum residue limit,MRL);同时,较高浓度的多效唑(150、200 μg/mL)对降低失重、维持营养和保护酶等生理指标的稳定,具有一定的作用。综上所述,多效唑在平菇中的建议使用浓度不超过150 μg/mL。
Abstract:Paclobutrazole was a growth regulator and a fungicide,and its limited standard in bacteria was not clear.The effects of different concentrations of paclobutrazol 50,100,150,200,200,300 μg/mL on the dynamic residues and physiological and biochemical effects of paclobutil in Pleurotus ostreatus were investigated.The physiological and biochemical indexes included the weight loss rate of the fruiting body Content,soluble sugar content,malondialdehyde content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)enzyme activity.The results showed that 50 μg/mL paclobutrazol was applied to Pleurotus ostreatus and the residual amount was reduced to 0.5 μg/mL(MRL)after 2 days.Apply 150 μg/mL of paclobutrazol,residues were lower than the maxi mum residue after 5 days.At the same time,higher concentrationsof paclobutrazol (150 μg/mL and 200 μg/mL)had a certain effect on reducing the stability of physiological factors such as weight loss,maintenance nutrition and protective enzymes.In view of the above,paclobutrazol in Pleurotus ostreatus recommended concentration of not more than 150 μg/mL.
