中文摘要: 以“中薯3号”马铃薯为研究对象,考察1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)、包装材料以及光照条件对鲜食马铃薯常温(25℃~30℃)货架品质的影响。结果表明,1-MCP浓度和光照方式对其叶绿素和龙葵素含量的影响均达到了显著性水平(p<0.05),且叶绿素含量变化与龙葵素含量变化呈正相关;而对马铃薯硬度、色差和淀粉含量影响不显著(p>0.05)。通过正交试验和方差分析,确立最佳贮藏条件为0.35 mg/L 1-MCP、PE包装和避光,为马铃薯常温货架品质控制以及延长货架期提供理论支持。

Abstract:The effects of 1-methyl propylene(1-MCP)and packaging materials on the shelf life of fresh potato at room temperature(25℃-30℃)were investigated with“potato No.3”as the research object.The results showed that the effects of 1-MCP concentration and light on the chlorophyll and solanine content reached significant level(p<0.05),and positively with changes of solanine content chlorophyll content;and the impact on the color and hardness,starch content was not significant(p> 0.05).Through orthogonal test and variance analysis,the best storage conditions were established for 0.35 mg/L 1-MCP,PE packaging and light avoidance.This study provided theoretical support for maintaining quality and prolonging shelf-life of potato under room temperature.
