中文摘要: 为探讨哈密瓜绿色保鲜新技术,研究西周密25号哈蜜瓜二氧化氯处理在贮藏期间果实品质的变化规律。试验采用4种不同贮藏条件[在温度(4±0.5)℃条件下对照、6.342、10.57、14.798 mg/m3二氧化氯处理]对厚皮甜瓜采后贮藏品质和生理特性的影响,贮藏过程中每7天测定呼吸强度、乙烯释放速率、果肉硬度、维生素C含量、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、还原糖含量、总糖含量、过氧化物酶含量和腐烂指数的情况。研究结果表明:对比CK、T1、T2、T3 4种处理方式,T1(二氧化氯6.342 mg/m3)方式处理甜瓜,能够有效抑制甜瓜的呼吸强度,延缓果实衰老,T3(二氧化氯14.798 mg/m3)方式处理甜瓜,能够降低乙烯释放速率,并且在T3情况下,甜瓜的硬度、TSS、TA、还原糖、总糖、POD活性都比较高,T2(二氧化氯10.57 mg/m3)相对较差,综合所有因素,T3处理是更有利于西周密25号哈密瓜的贮藏保鲜。

Abstract:In order to explore the new and safe preservation technology for cantaloupe's storage.The effects of 4 storage conditions (CK,6.342,10.57,14.798 mg/m3chlorine dioxide treatment)on the storage quality and physiological characteristics of melon in cantaloupe'Xizhoumi 25'were studied.The respiration intensity and ethylene release were measured every 7 days during storage.Rate,pulp hardness,vitamin C content,soluble solids content,titratable acid content,reducing sugar content,total sugar content,peroxidase content and decay index.The results showed that the treatment of melon with CK,T1,T2 and T3,T1 (chlorine dioxide 6.342 mg/m3)could effectively inhibit the respiration of melon,delay the fruit senescence,and manage the melon with T3(chlorine dioxide 14.798 mg/m3)can reduce the ethylene release rate,and in T3 case,the hardness of melon,TSS,TA,reducing sugar,total sugar,POD activity are relatively high,T2 (chlorine dioxide 10.57 mg/m3)was relatively poor,comprehensive all factors,T3 was the most good choice.
