4种蔬菜中20种农药残留的基质效应的研究

中文摘要: 研究QuEChERS法前处理后,不同蔬菜基质对于20种农药残留的液相色谱串联四极杆质谱仪(以下简称“液质质”)检测的影响。对5种浓度下,4种蔬菜基质标样的绝对基质效应进行测定,结果表明,0.1 μg/mL的添加浓度时,除阿维菌素以外的19种农药的绝对基质效应最大(94.2%~109.8%),绝对基质效应间相对偏差较小(1.0%~7.5%)。在添加浓度为0.2 μg/mL时,阿维菌素中绝对基质效应最大88.5%,相对偏差为4.2%。当添加浓度为0.5 μg/mL时,随着稀释倍数的增加,20种农药的绝对基质效应都在增加,且两种稀释倍数下,20种农药的绝对基质效应结果良好(100±5%),这表明,两种稀释情况下(基质稀释至原来的5倍和10倍),纯标样与基质标样可在检测中相互替代。
Abstract:It was studied of the matrix effect of 4 different vegetables on the determination of 20 pesticide residues by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry(HPLC-MS-MS)after QuEChERS pretreatment.The absolute matrix effection(AME)of nineteen pesticides(except abamectin)was the highest(94.2%-109.8%),with RSD of 1.0%to 7.5%(concentration of 0.1 μg/mL).AME of abamectin was 88.5% ,with RSD of 4.2%(concentration of 0.2 μg/mL).When the adding concentration of 0.5 μg/mL,results showed that the AME of 20 pesticides increased with the increase of the dilution factor,the absolute effect of the 20 kinds of pesticides was good (100±5)%under the two dilution times,and pure standard and matrix standards can be replaced in the daily detection(When substrate diluted to the five times and ten times).
