中文摘要: 近些年来,由于人类的生产和生活导致了海洋资源的破坏和海洋环境的持续恶化,已引起了国内学术界的高度重视和密切关注。因此迅速、有效地监测海洋中生物变化,及时督促海洋污染的治理,将损失降至最低,显得尤为重要。苯并(a)芘(Benzo(a)pyrene,B(a)P)是一种具有明显致癌作用的多环芳烃类化合物。随着海洋环境污染事件频发,水产动物及其制品中苯并(a)芘的残留日益受到人们的重视。就苯并(a)芘的危害、来源、预处理技术、检测方法、标准化以及存在的问题等进行阐述,并展望今后研究的重点和方向。旨在加强我国水产动物及其制品中的苯并(a)芘监测,为制定相关标准提供技术参考。
Abstract:In recent years,the production and life of human lead to the destruction of marine resources and the marine environment,which have attracted much attention in the relevant domestic academic fields.Thus,monitoring the changes of the organisms in the sea timely and effectively,guiding the improvement of the marine environment and minimizing the damage become more and more important.Benzo(a)pyrene(B(a)P)is a kind of polycyclic aromatic compounds which has strong carcinogenic.The benzo(a)pyrene residue in aquatic animals and their products has attracted increasing attention with the frequent marine environmental pollution incidents.This article reviewed the harmful effects,sources,pretreatment techniques,detecting methods,standardization status and existing problems of benzo(a)pyrene.Then it proposed the emphasis and direction of the future research.In order to strengthen the benzo(a)pyrene monitoring in China in aquatic animals and their products,provide technical reference for the relevant standards.
