中文摘要: 建立高效液相色谱法测定冬虫夏草与蛹虫草中虫草素含量的方法,比较不同产地冬虫夏草和蛹虫草中虫草素和总糖的含量。以水为溶剂超声波提取、高效液相色谱法测定虫草素含量;苯酚-硫酸法测定总糖含量。结果显示冬虫夏草中没有检出虫草素,而不同产地的蛹虫草中虫草素含量有一定区别,含量分别为1.39%、0.48%、0.11%;总糖含量是蛹虫草高于冬虫夏草,其中不同产地的冬草夏草总糖含量没有差别,而不同产地的蛹虫草总糖含量相差较大,分别为14.69%、20.61%、34.33%。
Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of cordycepin content in Cordyceps militaris and Cordyceps sinensis was developed,and the contents of cordycepin and total sugar in both of them with different places of production were compared.Water was used to extract the cordycepin,which was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Then,phenol sulfuric acid method was applied to detect the content of total sugar from Cordyceps militaris and Cordyceps sinensis.The results showed that no detectable cordycepin in Cordyceps sinensis,and the contents of cordycepin were different because of the different places of origin,they were 1.39%,0.48%,0.11%,respectively.The total sugar content of Cordyceps militaris was higher than that of Cordyceps sinensis,the contents of total sugar of Cordyceps sinensis from different origins were similar,but that of Cordyceps militaris from different origins were different,they were 14.69%,20.61%,34.33%,respectively.
