中文摘要: 对阿魏酰低聚糖的结构,抗氧化、抗糖化、促进益生菌增殖等生物活性,应用以及阿魏酰低聚糖的提取、分离纯化、分析检测方法予以综述,指出当前阿魏酰低聚糖研究出现的问题,并对其研究前景进行展望,以期为阿魏酰低聚糖的深入研究和开发利用提供理论依据。
Abstract:In order to provide theory evidence for the intensive study and utilization of feruloylated oligosaccharides(FOs),the paper summarises current research progress on feruloylated oligosaccharides,including their structure,biological activity such as antioxidant activity,anti glycation,proliferation of intestinal probiotics and so on,application,extraction method,separation and purification method,analysis means.Fially,it's the current problems and perspective of development are also prospected.
