中文摘要: 总酸滴定对于调味品生产过程中微生物抑制和调味有指导性作用。用氢氧化钠标准溶液对调味品样品的总酸进行滴定,不同的滴定速度对测定结果造成的操作误差不同。为了降低滴定过程中人为造成的操作误差,采用延时补偿的非线性预测控制策略设计自动总酸滴定系统。本系统充分利用滴定曲线模型,优化滴定过程中不同阶段,实现滴定速度的自动调节。通过试验证实,在多次样品的重复性测定中获得较好的滴定效果。
Abstract:Total acid titration has a guiding effect on microbial inhibition and seasoning during the production of condiments.Titration of the total acid of the condiment sample with sodium hydroxide standard solution,and the operation error caused by the different titration speed is different on the determination results.In order to reduce the error caused by personal error during the titration process,the automatic total acid titration system was designed by using the nonlinear predictive control strategy of delay compensation.The system makes full use of the titration curve model to optimize the titration process in different stages,and to achieve automatic adjustment of titration speed.It was confirmed that the good titration effect was obtained in the repeated determination of multiple sets of samples.
