中文摘要: 黑莓、蓝莓、无花果等浆果中含有丰富的钾、铁、锌、钙等矿物质元素,这些常微量的矿物质元素不仅为人体正常发育所必需,而且对人体的其他生命活动发挥着至关重要的作用。采用微波消解处理样品,并优化微波消解的条件,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer,ICP-AES)检测浆果中的Zn、Ca、Na、K、P、Mn等6种元素的含量,结果表明:浆果中Ca、Na、K等元素的含量较高,测定元素的相对标准偏差为0.01%~1.73%,回收率在91.07%~117.63%。
Abstract:Blackberries,blueberries and figs are rich in potassium,iron,zinc,calcium and other mineral elements.These mineral elements not only are necessary for the normal development of the human body,but also play a vital role to the human body.The samples were handled by microwave digestion,the conditions of which were opitimized.The contents of Zn,Ca,Na,K,P and Mn in three berries were detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The results showed that the contents of Ca,Na and K were higher in the berries.The relative standard deviations were 0.01%-1.73%,and the recoveries were 91.07%-117.63%.
