中文摘要: 对样品进行氟虫腈的含量测定。采用液/质-质法测定氟虫腈含量,采用石墨化碳作为吸附剂,多壁碳纳米管净化的方式。此方法具有灵敏度高、重复性好、分离效果彻底完全,可操作性好等优点,适合蔬菜中氟虫腈残留含量的测定。
Abstract:The fluorine content determination of worm nitrile for samples.LC/MS-MS(liquid mass spectrometry-mass spectrometry)method was used to determine fluorine content of nitrile,used the graphitized carbon as an adsorbent,purification of multi-walled carbon nanotubes.This method has high sensitivity,good repeatability,thoroughly completely separation effect,as well as good operability,suitable for the determination of fluorine worm cyanide residue content in vegetables.
