中文摘要: 为优化纤维素酶辅助提取广陈皮中橙皮苷的工艺条件,选定加酶量、pH值、温度和时间为主要影响因素,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法优化了纤维素酶的提取条件。结果表明,纤维素酶的最佳作用条件为:加酶量0.8%,pH值3.45,温度59℃,时间2 h,在此条件下,橙皮苷得率达到了(4.13±0.06)%,较传统醇提工艺提高了11.32%。

Abstract:In order to optimize the extraction technology of hesperidin from Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium by cellulose.Enzyme amount,pH,temperature and time were selected as the main influencing factors.The extraction condition of hesperidin by cellulose was optimized by response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiment.The result showed that the optimum extraction technology were enzyme amount of 0.8%,pH of 3.45,temperature of 59 ℃,time of 2 h.Under these conditions,yield of hesperidin reached(4.13±0.06)%,which increased by 11.32%compared with traditional alcohol extraction technology.
