中文摘要: 以西藏产野生牛奶子果籽油萃取率为评价指标,在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面分析法优化牛奶子果籽 油的提取条件。结果表明最佳工艺条件为: 料液比为 1∶11(g/mL),提取温度 40 ℃,提取时间 90 min,最优得率为 2.537 %。响应面法提取西藏野生牛奶子果籽油过氧化值、酸值都较低,不饱和程度较高,是一种具有较高的开发潜力 的植物油脂。

Abstract:Using the extraction rate of Tibetan Wild E.umbellata Thunb. seed oil as indicators,the optimum ex- traction conditions were determined by Box-Behnker response surface methodology based on the single factor test. The result showed that: the optimized extraction procedure was thatthe solid-liquid ratio was 1∶11(g/mL) , extraction temperature was 40 ℃ and the heating time was 90 min. In this condition,the output of seed oil was 2.537 %. With a comparatively low peroxide,valueacid value,as well as a high degree of unsaturation in fatty acids, Tibetan Wild E.umbellata Thunb.seed oil extracted by Box-Behnker response surface methodology is a kind of vegetable fat with a high development potential.
