中文摘要: 黑果腺肋花楸果实中含有丰富的花青素、类黄酮、多酚类等抗氧化元素,是清除人体内自由基最有效的天然 抗氧化剂,与其它抗氧化剂不同的是,它能够通过血脑屏障,直接保护大脑和神经系统,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、降血 糖、防治心血管疾病、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,受到国内外医药和食品界的广泛重视。综述近年来国外黑果多酚类化 合物的抗氧化功能及其研究概况,旨在为我国开发黑果保健食品、药品提供一定的理论基础。

Abstract:Aronia melanocarpa berries constitute a very rich source of numerous substances,including mainly polyphenols(proanthocyanidins,anthocyanins,flavonoids,and phenolic acids),and they can effectively remove the free radical in the human body which is the most effective natural antioxidant in the world,Unlike other an- tioxidants,it can through the blood brain barrier,protect the brain and nervous system directly,possessing an- tioxidative,anti -inflammatory,antiviral,anticancer,antiatherosclerotic and antidiabetic properties. This paper was on the basis of foreign Aronia melanocarpa polyphenols antioxidant activity,products and clinical applica- tion were reviewed,in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the development of Aronia melanocarpa functional health food and drug.
