中文摘要: 研究微囊化番茄红素的食用安全性。通过小鼠急性经口毒性试验、遗传毒性试验(Ames 试验、骨髓细胞微核 试验、小鼠睾丸染色体畸变试验)和 30 d 喂养试验进行毒理学评价。 结果表明:雌、雄小鼠经口最大耐受量为 15 000 mg/kg·bw,属无毒级,Ames 试验、骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠睾丸染色体畸变试验结果均为阴性,30 d 喂养试验未见大 鼠的生长发育、血液学、血液生化及组织病理学有异常变化,微囊化番茄红素无急性毒性、致突变作用与亚急性毒性, 在本试验剂量范围内,微囊化番茄红素作为保健食品是安全可靠的。

Abstract:To study toxicological security of lycopene microcapsule.Acute toxicity test, genetic toxicity test (Ames test, micronucleus test of born marrow, mice testicle cells chromosome aberration test) and thirty-day feeding test in rats were conducted in this study. Result: the oral MTD in both male and female mice were more than 15 000 mg/kg·bw, and it is non-toxic, the results of Ames test, micronucleus test of born marrow in mice, mice testicle cells chromosome aberration test were negative, the results of the thirty-day feeding test in rats demonstrated that it had no obvious toxic effects on growth and development, routine blood index, biochemical index and histopathological changes. Lycopene microcapsule has no significant acute and mutagenic effect and sub-acute toxicity, it is safe as a health food.
