中文摘要: 利用响应面法优化超声辅助提取玉米须多酚的工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,选取超声时间、乙醇浓 度、料液比为自变量,以没食子酸为对照,以多酚得率为响应值,应用中心组合设计试验方法,研究各自变量及其交互 作用对多酚得率的影响,建立二次多项回归方程的数学模型。试验研究表明,乙醇浓度对玉米须多酚得率的影响比较 显著。最终优选的超声波辅助提取玉米须多酚工艺为:乙醇浓度 60 %、料液比 1∶25(g/mL)、超声时间 25 min,在此条 件下,玉米须多酚得率为 4.45 %。
Abstract:The response surface methodology was used to optimize the process conditions of corn silk polyphe- nols by ultrasonic. On the basis of single factor experiment, the ultrasonic time, ethanol concentration, and the solid-liquid ratio as the independent variables,taking gallic acid as the control, the yield of polyphenols was taken as the response value. It was used the central composite experimental method to study the effect of the variables and the interactions on the yield of polyphenolsthe and established the mathematical model of two multinomial regression equation. The results showed that it had significant effect on the extraction rate of corn silk polyphenols by the ethanol concentration. The optimal extraction process was as following: 60 % ethanol concentration, solid to liquid ratio of 1∶25(g/mL), concentration time was 25 min, under this condition, the ex- traction rate of the polyphenols in corn silk was 4.45 %.
