中文摘要: 利用西南猫尾木提取物优选西南猫尾木颗粒保健茶的制备工艺并测定其毛蕊花糖苷含量和抗氧化能力。采 用 L9(34)正交试验确定西南猫尾木提取物的最佳提取工艺和西南猫尾木颗粒保健茶的最佳制备工艺,并采用高效液 相色谱法测定该颗粒保健茶中的毛蕊花糖苷含量,同时利用羟自由基清除试验、总抗氧化能力测试试验及 DPPH 自 由基清除试验考察该颗粒保健茶的抗氧化性。结果表明:西南猫尾木提取物的最佳提取工艺为煎煮时间 2 h,加水量30 倍,煎煮次数 2 次;西南猫尾木颗粒保健茶的最佳制备工艺是:浸膏与糊精用量的比例为 2 ∶ 1(质量比),浸膏与淀 粉用量的比例为 1 ∶ 2(质量比),乙醇的体积分数为 100 %;该颗粒保健茶中的毛蕊花糖苷平均含量为 4.557 2 mg/g,具 有较强的抗氧化能力。优选的制备工艺适合于西南猫尾木颗粒保健茶的制备,简单易行,为进一步的研究奠定基础。
Abstract:The preparation process of granule health tea from Dolichandrone stipulate was optimized by deter- mining the content of acteoside and the antioxidant capacity . The extraction process of Dolichandrone stipulata and the granule health tea from Dolichandrone stipulata were optimized by the L9(34) orthogonal design test. The content of acteoside of this tea was determined by HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography). And the antioxidant capacity of this tea was determined with hydroxyl radical scavenging test, total antioxidant capacity test and DPPH (1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical 2,2-Diphenyl-1-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl)hydrazyl ) free radical scavenging test. Optimal extraction process was as follow: extracted twice, with 30 times of water for 2 h decocting. And optimal preparation process of granule health tea was as follow: the radio of extractive to dextrin was 2 ∶ 1(mass ratio), the radio of extractive to starch was 1 ∶ 2 (mass ratio), and the concentration of alcohol was 100 %. The average acteoside contents of this granule health tea was 4.557 2 mg/g with the high an- tioxidant capacity. The optimum preparation process was suitable for the preparation of granule health tea from Dolichandrone stipulate, which was simple and easy to study further.
