中文摘要: 食品中高氯酸盐污染情况越来越受到关注，相应的检测和监管也得以逐步加强。初步分析世界各地高氯酸 盐污染、监管情况，讨论离子色谱电导检测法、离子色谱质谱联用、液相色谱质谱联用等几类方法在高氯酸盐检测方 面的应用。
Abstract:In the case of perchlorate contaminated food has attracted more and more attention， the correspond－ ing inspection and supervision has been gradually strengthened.This paper preliminary analysed of perchlorate pollution， supervision of all over the world，and discussed the application of ion chromatography， ion chro－ matography-mass spectrometry， liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and other methods in the detection of perchlorate.
