响应面法优化田艾中总黄酮的提取工艺研究

中文摘要: 以田艾绒为原料,采用微波辅助乙醇法提取田艾中总黄酮。在单因素试验基础上,选择乙醇体积分数、微波 功率、微波时间为自变量,总黄酮得率为响应值,采用响应面法中的 Box-Behnken 模型对田艾中总黄酮提取工艺进行 优化。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件如下:料液比为 1 ∶ 50(g/mL),预浸时间为 30 min,乙醇体积分数为 20 %,微波功 率为 350 W,微波时间为 67 s,此条件下田艾总黄酮的实际得率为 23.60 mg/g。

Abstract:With Tian moxa as raw material, using microwave auxiliary ethanol method to extract the total flavonoids in Tian Ai. On the basis of single factor experiment, the ethanol concentration, microwave power and time was chose as the independent variable and the total flavonoids yield was used as response value, and the extraction process of total flavonoids in Tian Ai was optimized by response surface methodology of Box-Behnken mode. The results showed that the optimum extraction technology conditions were solid-liquid ratio for 1 ∶ 50(g/ mL), presoak time for 30 min, ethanol concentration for 20 %, microwave power was 350 W, microwave time of 67 s. Under the condition, the actual extraction yield of Tian Ai total flavonoids was 23.60 mg/g.
