中文摘要: 探究一种利用离子色谱法间接测定食品中二氧化硅的方法。样品加入 HNO3 和 HF 后,在 150 ℃温度下消解 30 min 后,再加入 KCl 与 SiO2 生成 K2SiF6 沉淀,经过滤洗涤,K2SiF6 经沸水水解后,用 NaOH 溶液滴定至终点后,通过 离子色谱测定氟离子含量可间接计算出二氧化硅含量。结果表明:氟离子含量在 0.5 μg/mL~10.0 μg/mL 范围内线性 良好,相关系数 r2 为 0.999。计算得到二氧化硅的 LOD 为 0.5 g/kg,LOQ 为 1.5 g/kg,加标回收率达到 92.8 %~96.4 %。
Abstract:A method for indirect determination of silicon dioxide in food by ion chromatography. The samples add HNO3 and HF, and digesting 30 min by 150 degrees,and then add KCl to generate K2SiF6. Through filtrated and washed, the K2SiF6 by boiling water to hydrolysis. After titrated with NaOH solution to the end point, the content of silicon dioxide can be calculated indirectly by fluorine ion in ion chromatography. The calibration curve was linear in the concentrationrange of 0.5 μg/mL-10.0 μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.999. The detection limit of silicon dioxide was 0.5 g/kg and the quantitative limit was 1.5 g/kg,and the recovery was in the range of 92.8 %-96.4 %.
