Abstract:In order to know the quality of Broussonetia papyrifera fruit from Guizhou province， through analyz－ ing primary nutrients and elements in the fruit. The results showed the seeds， fruit pulp and the wine from Broussonetia papyrifera fruit was rich in procyanidine； the fruit pulp is composed of carbohydrate， VC and pro－ tein. The amino acids in the protein is various and balanced. The abundant mineral elements in the fruit pulp is also various， the heavy mental such as As， Hg and Cr was not checked out or a small amount. However， the content of Pb overtopped the relevant national standards. The reason of overtopping national standards about heavy mental need a further study.
