中文摘要: 为解析贵州优质构树的主要营养成分特点,通过对当地构树种子和果浆进行理化分析,同时开展微量元素 及重金属测定。结果表明:构树种子、果浆及果酒富含前花青素;果浆中富含多糖、VC 等有效成分,蛋白质氨基酸种类 丰富,含量均衡;原浆中微量元素种类和含量丰富,As、Hg、Cr 等重金属未检出或少量存在,而 Pb 含量超出国家相关 标准。因此针对构树果浆重金属含量超标需要进一步研究。
Abstract:In order to know the quality of Broussonetia papyrifera fruit from Guizhou province, through analyz- ing primary nutrients and elements in the fruit. The results showed the seeds, fruit pulp and the wine from Broussonetia papyrifera fruit was rich in procyanidine; the fruit pulp is composed of carbohydrate, VC and pro- tein. The amino acids in the protein is various and balanced. The abundant mineral elements in the fruit pulp is also various, the heavy mental such as As, Hg and Cr was not checked out or a small amount. However, the content of Pb overtopped the relevant national standards. The reason of overtopping national standards about heavy mental need a further study.
