中文摘要: 研究热处理对脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(deoxynivalenol,DON)和 T-2 毒素的去除作用。测试不同温度、不同加热时 间、不同 pH 值条件下热处理对 DON 和 T-2 毒素影响,采用高效液相色谱-质谱测定毒素及其衍生物,采用外标法定 量。DON 在中酸性条件下,121 ℃加热 60 min,DON 浓度保持稳定, 碱性条件能促进 DON 的热降解。T-2 毒素在中酸性 条件下,105 ℃加热 30 min 开始降解,121 ℃处理 pH 值为 7 的 1.0 μg/mL T-2 毒素溶液 60min,T-2 毒素去除率分别为(51.98±3.37)%,碱性条件能促进 T-2 毒素的热降解。在一定条件下,热处理对 DON、T-2 毒素具去除作用。
Abstract:The effects of temperature, thermal time and pH value of toxin solutions on the removal of deoxyni- valenol (DON) and T-2 toxin by thermal treatment were investigated. The concentration of toxins and their derivatives were analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS and quantified by external standard method. DON remained stable at 121 ℃ for 60 min in neutral or acidic condition, but alkaline condition promoted thermal degradation of DON. T-2 toxin was degraded at 105 ℃ for 30 min in neutral or acidic condition, and removal rate of T-2 toxin was (51.98±3.37) % after 60 min of 121 ℃(pH value of toxin solution was 7, and concentration of toxin wase 1.0 μg/mL),and alkaline condition promoted thermal degradation of T-2 toxin.DON and T-2 toxin were re- moved by thermal treatment under certain conditions.
