中文摘要: 研究黑枸杞花色苷(black wolfberry anthocyanins,BWA)对酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。将受试小鼠随机分为空白 组、模型组、BWA 低中高剂量组及阳性对照组,连续灌胃 30 d 后,除空白组外,均给予体积分数 56 %乙醇溶液 16 mL/kg 灌胃,建立急性酒精性肝损伤模型,在模型建立 12 h 后,脱臼处死,测定血清中谷丙转氨酶(Alanine aminotransferase, ALT)、谷草转氨酶(Aspartate transaminase,AST)活性及肿瘤坏死因子 α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素 6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平,肝组织中丙二醛(Malonaldehyde,MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(Reduced glutathione,GSH)水平及 超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)活性。结果显示,BWA 可显著降低血清中 ALT、AST 活性及 TNF-α、IL-6 水 平(P<0.05);降低肝组织中 MDA 水平(P<0.05),提高 SOD 活性及 GSH 水平(P<0.05)。BWA 对酒精诱发的酒精性肝损伤 具有较好的保护作用。
Abstract:To study the protective effect of black wolfberry anthocyanins (BWA) on alcoholic liver injury. The mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, BWA low dose group and positive control group. After 30 days of continuous gavage, in addition to the blank group, were given 56 % ethanol solution volume of 16 mL/kg orally, the establishment of acute alcoholic liver injury model, after the model was established 12 h, the rats were killed by dislocation, the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in serum and the levels of malondialde- hyde(MDA) reduced glutathione(GSH) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were measured. The results show, BWA can significantly reduce serum ALT, AST activity and TNF-α, IL-6, (P<0.05), reduce the livertissue MDA level(P<0.05),improve the SOD activity and GSH level(P<0.05). BWA has a good protective ef- fect on alcoholic liver injury induced by alcohol.
